We are pleased to announce that we have redesigned our Mity Mite mixer/reclaimer with several new improvements. Attached are a couple pieces of literature about the Mity Mite Elite which will give you more information.

**We no longer can offer the original Mity Mite. The Mity Mite Elite will replace the 10 gallon mixer/reclaimer.**

If you have a Mity Mite on order and we have not contacted you, please contact us to get details on your order.

As of now, we offer:

MITY MITE ELITE

Mity Mite Elite Operating Manual

Our apologies for the lack of updates lately. We continue to be extremely busy working on several projects. A new building for Lehman Manufacturing is currently in the engineering/design phase, and we look forward to begin construction soon. Things are beginning to come together around here, especially our ceramic division.

A quick update on where we stand with machines and parts; more and more time is being spent on the rebuilding of tank molds and replacement parts. Our mixing equipment, including the 30B and GS20C, are back in production and can ship out with short lead times. The Mity Mite is in the final stages of a completely different tank and lid. We hope to finish the designing very soon.

As far as our pumps and casting machines, we just requested a quote from a vendor for the pump parts and are waiting to hear back from them. Once everything is settled, we will place this order and begin filling orders for pumps and rebuilds. The next tank mold on the list to build is the T60/T100 and PP30. Luckily we were able to save a PP30 tank so we can pull a new mold off it fairly easy. The T60/T100 will be more difficult as we have to start from scratch.

To make the rebuilding of molds the quickest as possible, we ask for help if possible. If anyone has a machine not in production at the moment, or can be taken out of production for a week or so, we would like to ship it to our facility to duplicate the tank and return the tank as quickly as possible. To help the cause for fellow ceramists, please contact me @ (800)348-5196 or email @ customerservice@lehmanmfg.com.

Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Thank you,

Eric

Unfortunately again, we will not be able to start producing machines until a later time. Currently, our time and efforts are being consumed by insurance work and day-to-day tasks. Our temporary facility is now equipped with a composite system which is a big step forward. In order to complete our more complex ceramic parts, we will need to acquire additional equipment to do so. For now, we are working hard to rebuild our everyday molds, but continue to run into small problems that need to be attended to. As we all were hoping to get started up by the beginning of May, it now looks to be delayed once again. It is hard to predict where we will stand with producing machines in the future. As of now, it will be another 3-4 months.

Please keep in mind the circumstances we are under. We are working constantly to get everything back up. Our apologies for the continued delay.

Ceramic Customers,

Sorry for the delay in post. We are continuing to do our best to get us up and running as fast as possible. Good news, we do have our temporary facility with operating offices and we’re in the process of setting up the production facility. Our goal is to have our basic production equipment set up by the end of April.

As far as producing ceramic equipment, we have come across a few obstacles as expected and are working hard to resolve them. Molds are being refurbished and replacement parts and raw materials being ordered. At this point in time, it is still vague as of when you can expect your ceramic equipment.

Under the circumstances that were presenting to us, we are taking this step by step with a positive attitude. We know it is important for us to fill your orders as quick as possible so you can carry on with your business. Please, be patient and work with us. Again, sorry for delay in posting an update. A post will follow up shortly with another update.

Thanks,

Lehman Manufacturing

To keep everyone updated on our situation, we have found a temporary building to work out of for now. Phone systems are being hooked up, and should be operating shortly. Once our offices open, we will be able to help you at a faster pace.

Replacement parts continue to be shipped in to us, and more orders are being filled. Please be patient with replacement parts that are more complex and require more time to assemble. Likewise, we will be able to move orders faster once we settle in the temporary building.

Thank you for your patience and help. Feel free to contact us.

We are beginning to replenish our inventory on replacement parts. Certain parts will be available before others depending on the amount of time it takes to produce. Our Slip-O-Matic and Studio Star ceramic equipment will take slightly longer to begin manufacturing. We expect to have Lehman Manufacturing at full production in 60 days as of now.

We can begin taking all orders now, including ceramic equipment. The quickest way to process your orders will be by email, info@lehmanmfg.com.  Please leave your name, number, and parts/equipment needed (if known). We will respond as quickly as possible.

If you are needing customer service, please email customerservice@lehmanmfg.com and leave your name, telephone number, model/serial number of your machine, and a brief description of the problem or parts needed. We will respond as quickly as possible.

For those who are unavailable to email, you can call us at (800) 348-5196 and leave a message. Also, our fax machine is currently inactive so we cannot receive orders through fax.

Thank you for your patience as we continue to progress through our situation. Please continue to refer back to this blog for further progress and instructions.

On February 18, 2013, our production facility at Lehman Manufacturing caught fire. Unfortunately, most all ceramic equipment was lost. Please be patient and work with us as we begin to rebuild.

Our first step will be to restock inventory. Once we replenishment replacement parts, we can start filling your replacement part orders. As far as our ceramic machines, we will need extra time to refurbish molds in order to produce the machines.

All orders were lost so if you or your customers have any pending orders, please email us at info@lehmanmfg.com with items you are expecting.

To keep everyone up to date, we will be frequently posting updates, progress, and further instructions to this blog, lehmanmfg.wordpress.com.

Thank you and please be patient.
